Terms and Conditions
We wish to provide beds for independent travellers. Bookings are accepted under the following conditions.
A valid credit card number. Master-card and Visa are accepted .
No charge will be made on this card, at the time of booking except for special periods which are outlined below, although a credit check will be made.
A 1.50 Euro fee applies for online bookings.
If arriving after 8.30 pm, please contact us in advance. Cancellation of bookings within 48 hours of your intended arrival will result in you being charged for one night’s accommodation. That is, 48 hours before 11.00 am on the day of arrival. Any change of booking requires you to contact us asap. Unfortunately any alteration that results in less people arriving the full amount will be charged for that person unless we are notified 48 hours prior to your intended arrival. Long weekends, Winter Magic, School Holidays Christmas period 23rd December to January 6th, Public Holidays and Special Events Weekends, full payment at time of booking and no refund of money if cancelling the booking for any reason. The full amount for these periods will be deducted on booking. So please make sure of your booking for these periods.
